Welcome to the Lealou Cooks Weekly Recipes Membership!

This membership gives you complete access to all of Lealou Cooks meal plans, recipes and recipe books. Every week I’ll add another recipe just for you!

What’s so great about these recipes?

  • They’re formulated to have your health in mind.
  • They’re created using whole foods and limited processed ingredients.
  • The recipes are super easy to follow and delicious.
  • Each recipe provides notes for substitutions to help you if you don’t have a particular ingredient on hand.
  • There are photos so you know what your meal can look like!
  • Most of these recipes are gluten-free and dairy-free if that’s important to you (Some recipes do have dairy but you can change it up if you can’t eat it).
  • Most of these recipes are created with a family of four (4) in mind but feel free to double recipes or freeze leftovers if you need to.

How this Membership Works

Once you are signed up, you’ll pay a one-time fee of $98 (that’s less than $10 a month!) and you’ll have access to the recipes, meal plans, and recipe books. No renewal is required. I’ll send you an email with a link right away so you can get started.

I’m all about keeping things simple so this is a simple membership. No flashy membership site; just the goods!

My neighbour went on a road trip and before she le My neighbour went on a road trip and before she left she gave me some veggies she had in her fridge. ⁠

I decided to make a simple soup with them along with a few other bits of food I had in the fridge. ⁠
⁠
Here's what I made:⁠
⁠
⭐Nice Neighbour Fridge Soup⭐⁠
⁠
💚3 small ribs of celery⁠
💚1 cup of cabbage, chopped⁠
💚1 cup of kale, chopped⁠
💚1 can of chickpeas⁠
💚1-2 'cakes' of ramen noodles⁠
💚6 cups of water or broth⁠
💚2-3 tbsp tamari⁠
💚3 cloves of garlic⁠
💚1/4 cup cilantro⁠
💚1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
💚1 tbsp chicken bone broth powder from Organika (optional)⁠
⁠
👉🏻In a heated pan, add the olive oil⁠
👉🏻Saute the celery and cabbage until translucent⁠
👉🏻Add the chickpeas and garlic and cook for 3 minutes being mindful not to burn the garlic.⁠
👉🏻Add the water/broth, tamari and bone broth; cook for 5 more minutes⁠
👉🏻Add the kale and cook until slightly wilted⁠
⁠
While that simmers on low...⁠
👉🏻Boil a pot of water for the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.⁠
⁠
👉🏻Once the noodles are done, add some to a soup bowl and top with soup, add cilantro & eat!⁠
⁠
P.S. This would be SO good with leftover shredded chicken!⁠
⁠
