I created this Meal Prep Sunday plan to make things a bit easier for you for the first week back.
This plan has offers a meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 snacks a day.
Each ‘grey’ area on the plan means that it should be considered a leftover so eat it for lunch and another dinner or two!
