Kid Dinners 7-Day Meal Plan

by Stephanie

Kid Dinners 7-Day Meal Plan

Does this sound familiar to you?

Me: “Kids! What do you want for dinner this week?”

Them:

“Pizza!”
“Pasta!”
“Tacos!”
“Burgers!”

Pretty typical of kids these days! That’s why I created the Kid Dinners 7-Day Meal Plan + Prep Planner. This meal plan has 7 dinners that the kids (and adults!) will love with no fuss at the dinner table.

It also comes with a full grocery list for the week plus a prep planner to help you prep as much food on the weekend to make your weeknights even more of a breeze.

Feeding your kids doesn’t have to be complicated, but it should be yummy! Get the Kid Dinners meal plan to create a bit of ease during dinner.

Recipes:

  • Broccoli Pesto Pasta
  • Classic Tacos
  • Ham + Cheese Toast
  • Veggie Packed Beef Burgers
  • Veggie Pita Pizza
  • Lasagna Soup
  • Slow Cooker Vegan Chili

Pair this with the Kid-Friendly Meal Plan and you’ll have lots of yummy recipes to choose from!

Want something else? Be sure to check out our other meal plans here.

P.S.: A tip my clients find helpful is to print the recipe booklet to keep with their other recipe books for easy access!

Nope. 😭 Nope. 😭
The hubs has been very diligent about getting out The hubs has been very diligent about getting out for his steps and most time it’s at night. It takes more of an effort for me, but when I go it’s magical especially in the snow with all of the lights. Plus we get the added benefit of fresh air before bed. I highly recommend it!

There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this super sick season.

As much as possible eat whole foods. I have teens so you know… this isn’t always in my control but do what you can at home.

Wash your hands! You don’t need antibacterial soap… just regular soap will do the trick.

Keep up with vitamins and minerals. Lemon water with a bit of salt first think in the morning and teas throughout the day.

My kids take the first few supplements every day and the last few when they feel something coming on.

I’m a huge fan of lemon ginger buckwheat honey tea when sick. Buckwheat works well on coughs!

Eat a big breakfast, go to bed early, get outside and get some exercise. When you’re sick go outside for fresh air.

There’s more weirdo stuff I can tell you about but this is a great start.

(I really hope I don’t jinx our family with this post! 🤪).

P.S. I’m not a doctor. I’m simply telling you what has worked for my family for years.
