Hearty Soups + Stews Recipe Booklet

The Soups + Stews recipe book has 14 delicious, warming, and nourishing recipes to help you get through the cold winter months.

Whether you’re looking for something to warm you up on a cold winter’s day, or you’re feeling under the weather, there is a soup and stew recipe for everyone in the family. Each recipe has nothing but whole, real food ingredients to help you feel you best.

Personally, one of my favourites is the classic Chicken Noodle Soup. It’s the first thing I turn to when my kids are sick with a cold.

Another favourite full of flavour is the Moroccan Chicken Stew. It’s perfect for a Sunday night dinner with family and friends or even a weeknight dinner after a busy day at work.

This recipe book is full of comfort food at its finest. Pull on your fluffiest socks, start a fire and enjoy these wonderful recipes that you’ll be sure to call long-time favourites.

You’ll find the following recipes in the Soups + Stews Recipe Book:

  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Turmeric & Ginger Butternut Squash Stew
  • Beef Ramen
  • White Bean, Sweet Potato & Kale Soup
  • Gnocchi Vegetable Soup
  • Tomato Chickpea Soup
  • Pork & Cabbage Soup
  • Slow Cooker Beef & Butternut Squash Soup
  • Cozy Chicken Stew
  • Moroccan Chicken Stew
  • Turkey & Vegetable Soup
  • White Bean Chicken Chili
  • Slow Cooker Sausage & Kale Soup

The hubs has been very diligent about getting out The hubs has been very diligent about getting out for his steps and most time it’s at night. It takes more of an effort for me, but when I go it’s magical especially in the snow with all of the lights. Plus we get the added benefit of fresh air before bed. I highly recommend it!

There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this super sick season.

As much as possible eat whole foods. I have teens so you know… this isn’t always in my control but do what you can at home.

Wash your hands! You don’t need antibacterial soap… just regular soap will do the trick.

Keep up with vitamins and minerals. Lemon water with a bit of salt first think in the morning and teas throughout the day.

My kids take the first few supplements every day and the last few when they feel something coming on.

I’m a huge fan of lemon ginger buckwheat honey tea when sick. Buckwheat works well on coughs!

Eat a big breakfast, go to bed early, get outside and get some exercise. When you’re sick go outside for fresh air.

There’s more weirdo stuff I can tell you about but this is a great start.

(I really hope I don’t jinx our family with this post! 🤪).

P.S. I’m not a doctor. I’m simply telling you what has worked for my family for years.
