I made granola today!

I actually don’t make it that much if at all. I never buy it. I got tired of going to the store, looking at ingredients and not buying anything.

Granola is sooooo easy to make and you can control all of the ingredients!

The fog in Ancaster is magical today. It makes me feel like I’m in The Secret Garden. The leaves are crispy and vibrant. The birds are settling in for the cooler weather and I’m in full on sweater mode. How are you celebrating the fall?

I’m roasting a delicata squash for lunch and it’s just so darn pretty I wanted to share. 😃

These will crisp up like french fries (ok they’re not a replacement but still yummy!). Eat on their own or with sausage, salad or anything really.
