One Week of Easy 30-Minute Dinners

by Stephanie

One Week of Easy 30-Minute Dinners

The hardest part of the day for many people is figuring out what to eat after they get home from a long day at work.

Not too many people these days have the time to make a gourmet meal. I want to help ease the rush of dinner, which is why I created a plan with 30-minute dinners.

This plan has 7 dinners that only take 30 minutes or less to make and with a bit of prep and organization it may even take less!

Included with the recipes is a full grocery list! So just download and go to the store.

Here’s what you’ll find in this plan—and remember these should only take about 30 minutes!*

  • Lemon Pesto Penne
  • Lemon Dill Baked Salmon
  • Mediterranean Buddha Bowl
  • Sweet Potato & Egg Hash
  • Spinach Lentil Curry
  • BLT Salad Bowls
  • Citrus Spiced Turkey Bowls

Try it out and let me know what you think!

*Depending on your comfort in the kitchen and/or style of cooking of course!
** All meals are gluten-free and dairy free unless otherwise noted in the recipe

Nope. 😭 Nope. 😭
The hubs has been very diligent about getting out The hubs has been very diligent about getting out for his steps and most time it’s at night. It takes more of an effort for me, but when I go it’s magical especially in the snow with all of the lights. Plus we get the added benefit of fresh air before bed. I highly recommend it!

There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this super sick season.

As much as possible eat whole foods. I have teens so you know… this isn’t always in my control but do what you can at home.

Wash your hands! You don’t need antibacterial soap… just regular soap will do the trick.

Keep up with vitamins and minerals. Lemon water with a bit of salt first think in the morning and teas throughout the day.

My kids take the first few supplements every day and the last few when they feel something coming on.

I’m a huge fan of lemon ginger buckwheat honey tea when sick. Buckwheat works well on coughs!

Eat a big breakfast, go to bed early, get outside and get some exercise. When you’re sick go outside for fresh air.

There’s more weirdo stuff I can tell you about but this is a great start.

(I really hope I don’t jinx our family with this post! 🤪).

P.S. I’m not a doctor. I’m simply telling you what has worked for my family for years.
