Easy Vegan Dinners Recipe Book

by Stephanie

Easy Vegan Dinners Recipe Book

The hardest part is knowing what to eat!

The Easy Vegan Dinners Recipe Book is designed for those who prefer a purely vegan lifestyle or for those who are looking to decrease the meat they consume on a weekly basis.

The best part of this Easy Vegan Dinners recipe book is that the recipes feature whole foods. You won’t find any meat substitutes here which means you’re truly getting nutrient-dense vegan food. All recipes are also gluten-free if that’s important to you.

Why does that matter?

Many people choose to eat plant-based for a healthier lifestyle but many fake vegan foods offer little in terms of good nutrition. Many of them contain fake ingredients or refined oils that do more harm than good to our bodies over time.

If you want to be vegan and healthy, your best bet is to stick with nutrient-dense food made with real ingredients. You’ll find that in these recipes.

This recipe book features 10 vegan recipes and a blank meal plan template so you can pick and choose what to eat each week. Each recipe has four servings, but I highly recommend doubling the recipe so you have enough for lunches the next day.

Cook once, eat twice!

Some recipes include:

  • Roasted Veggie Pasta
  • Tofu & Broccoli Green Curry
  • Deconstructed Falafel
  • Broccoli Pesto Pasta
  • Moroccan Chickpea Stew
    …and more!

Enjoy and let me know what you think!

The hubs has been very diligent about getting out The hubs has been very diligent about getting out for his steps and most time it’s at night. It takes more of an effort for me, but when I go it’s magical especially in the snow with all of the lights. Plus we get the added benefit of fresh air before bed. I highly recommend it!

There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this super sick season.

As much as possible eat whole foods. I have teens so you know… this isn’t always in my control but do what you can at home.

Wash your hands! You don’t need antibacterial soap… just regular soap will do the trick.

Keep up with vitamins and minerals. Lemon water with a bit of salt first think in the morning and teas throughout the day.

My kids take the first few supplements every day and the last few when they feel something coming on.

I’m a huge fan of lemon ginger buckwheat honey tea when sick. Buckwheat works well on coughs!

Eat a big breakfast, go to bed early, get outside and get some exercise. When you’re sick go outside for fresh air.

There’s more weirdo stuff I can tell you about but this is a great start.

(I really hope I don’t jinx our family with this post! 🤪).

P.S. I’m not a doctor. I’m simply telling you what has worked for my family for years.
