Slow Cooker Recipes Booklet

Slow Cooker Recipes Booklet

Welcome to the Easy Slow Cooker Recipes Book!

Is your slow cooker collecting dust in the back of the cupboard? Or maybe it was moved to the side when you bought an Instant Pot??

Time to get that slow cooker out again!

Why do I love my slow cooker? Well, I’m a bit old school (that’s the main reason) but also because using a slow cooker gives me mostly hands-off time in the kitchen! I say mostly because there are a few recipes that require your presence. Overall, it’s a pretty awesome tool to have at your disposal.

I created this slow cooker recipe booklet with more than 10 recipes to keep in your back pocket for your busiest weeks. Prep a bit beforehand and you can have a delicious meal when you’re done work and the kids are ready to eat.

The slow cooker recipes in this book will warm your body during the coldest winter months. There’s nothing like setting a timer and coming home to a delicious meal that’s already made. The best especially if you’re busy with kids at home and work obligations.

Here are just a few ways I use my slow cooker:

  1. Cook beans from scratch like chickpeas and black beans
  2. Make chili (check out the awesome chili recipe in the recipe booklet!)
  3. Craft a heartwarming soup.

You’ll find the following recipes in the Easy Slow Cooker Recipes Book:

  • Pumpkin Oatmeal
  • Berry French Toast
  • Cozy Hot Chocolate
  • Classic Chicken Soup
  • Chicken Fajitas
  • Poached Whole Chicken & Ginger Soup
  • Immunity Boosting Bone Broth
  • Bean & Quinoa Chili
  • Orange Pulled Pork
  • Classic Meatballs
  • …and more!
What are you waiting for? Enjoy these warming recipes and make them all winter long!

**P.S. For a limited time, get the 30 Minute Meals – Start to Finish for free with the purchase. It will show up in your downloads folder once you purchase the slow cooker plan.

The hubs has been very diligent about getting out The hubs has been very diligent about getting out for his steps and most time it’s at night. It takes more of an effort for me, but when I go it’s magical especially in the snow with all of the lights. Plus we get the added benefit of fresh air before bed. I highly recommend it!

There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this There ‘s a lot you can do to stay healthy in this super sick season.

As much as possible eat whole foods. I have teens so you know… this isn’t always in my control but do what you can at home.

Wash your hands! You don’t need antibacterial soap… just regular soap will do the trick.

Keep up with vitamins and minerals. Lemon water with a bit of salt first think in the morning and teas throughout the day.

My kids take the first few supplements every day and the last few when they feel something coming on.

I’m a huge fan of lemon ginger buckwheat honey tea when sick. Buckwheat works well on coughs!

Eat a big breakfast, go to bed early, get outside and get some exercise. When you’re sick go outside for fresh air.

There’s more weirdo stuff I can tell you about but this is a great start.

(I really hope I don’t jinx our family with this post! 🤪).

P.S. I’m not a doctor. I’m simply telling you what has worked for my family for years.
